The interior of the hotel, furniture public spaces are a bit out dated but well kept after. The gardens are a pleasure to be in and the maintenance is very good. I noticed the pool water is heated when the outside temperature is around 26. When the temperature increases above 30 the heating is shut off and that will immediately make the water colder. A bit too cold if you ask me. Food and bars are very good. Staff is friendly and the animation for the kids is good. Nothing fancy or luxurious but enough to keep the kids entertained in this hotel. For me this is an excellent kids hotel. It also has a beautiful beach nearby a bar that is included in the hotel. Things I love: kid friendliness Things id like to see improved: refresh/reno of the interior.

An exceptional complex. I was amazed by the large rooms they gave us, the training room with a huge screen, how nice the staff was and how willing they were to do everything we asked. The lunch and dinner buffet was very varied, as was the breakfast, which surprised me because there was even champagne. We went with a group to train and we were delighted with all the attention, the very new facilities, the very delicious meals and, above all, the price was the cheapest we found for the month of October. In addition, there was still a show at night and the trio that sang was the best, they had very good voices and were very entertaining. We will repeat for sure.

We have repeated this summer for the second year with our daughter and we were delighted with the stay. Very nice staff, the animators make a great team, they schedule activities for children every day in the pools and in the lounge. Both with the treatment of the maids, charming. Good food quality, with a variety of products. That is to say, the night activities and the dining room end too soon. At 12 midnight the bar closes, you can't stay. It's not set to a little music or anything. Otherwise we have had a good experience and we have spent some wonderful days of disconnection.

An excellent hotel. We stayed 3 nights with all inclusive and everything was perfect from the very clean room, the very attentive and friendly staff and the facilities. The food was all very good and fresh. Just a suggestion: you should put the allergens on each plate because we make people with food allergies and since we don't have information we don't know whether to eat it or not. If it's kitchen staff, they can clear up your doubts, but having to be asked about everything becomes tiresome.

Hello, we have been customers for years. I correct: yesterday and today they changed the time and it has improved a lot, thank you!! I start with the con: They have the foreigners' schedules set for us for the entertainment. It all ends at 10:30 p.m. You're outside and there's no music playing for the adults at 11:00 p.m., normal time. Last year and this same excuse, which is broken. The management does not choose the schedules well. It seems we are on a spiritual retreat. Pros: Everything else is great, food, employees, entertainers and the hotel itself. When the nightlife and schedules improve, I'll give it 5 stars.
